Today ELKI's Scandinavian Delight apricots grow in warm, sunny climates to create large and juicy fruit.
You'll notice large slices of fresh apricot in every jar.
Scandinavian Delights apricot fruit spread can be used as a glaze for pork, poultry or prawns. It is also delicious on bagels, English muffins and bread.
Ingredients: Apricot, Sugar, Water, Citric Acid, Pectin and Potassium Sorbate as a preservative and Sulphur Dioxide from dried apricot.

Starting with choice, ripe fruit and fresh berries, picked wild and by hand whenever possible, these spreads are prepared slowly and gently, without boiling. This allows the fruit and berries to retain more of their natural flavor, color and sweetness and requires substantially less sugar to be added than regular preserves. Large morsels of fruit or whole berries infuse each jar.
