Chadburns Liverpool & London ship speed telegraph. Weight is almost 12 1bs. Bell rings when levers are pulled on either side, lights up both sides, one side does need a new glass (clear) this item would also be more stable on a wood mount. It stands up perfectly fine without, but would be safer on a mount in my opinion.
17" high, 7" diameter & 4" between faces. Nice piece for a collector of nautical or unusual items and definitely a talking piece.
