I'm not sure what they are made of, but they are solid & heavy, weighing approximately 1 lb. 2oz. to 1 lb. 5 oz. each. Very good condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. Paint & finish is fantastic! The candle holder on the top was never painted fully inside and there isn't a metal cup. It is not seen when it is holding a candle. They have felt on the bottom to protect your table tops. Very clean & smoke free.
